Great Marketing/Time Management Tips for Coaches

Do you feel you are squeezed for time? You do all the time-management you know how to do, and still there are not enough hours in the day?

Well let me suggest something that might help. I know it helped me. As I became busier and busier with my personal practice and academy administration, I started seeing the value of every activity I participated in whether paid or unpaid. I started looking at how to do more of what I loved to do and less of what I didnt enjoy as much. This caused me to delegate what I could, but I still needed more time.

Then one day I received an email suggesting I dont do anything unless there are a minimum of 3 ways to benefit from it. This was revolutionary to me. This meant that if it was worth using something in three ways, I only had to do it once. Wow, how cool is that?

Ok, so how does one really implement something like this?Here are some ideas:

Look back at the emails you have sent to your clients. If they are substantive and long enough, turn them into articles. Then you can submit these articles to publications or online-ezine content sites. Each time the article gets read, you get the credit, your credibility rises and there is a potential new client.

Organize your articles by topic and turn them into books, CDs, or ebooks.

Your books, CDs and ebooks can then become sold separately or as a package. They can also be offered as a special or as a gift with purchase!

See what I mean?

Next time you do a speaking engagement, have it recorded. Then you can sell tapes or CDs of the event. You can offer them as a bonus with purchase of another service or product.

In this way, you can make the most of everything you do. And next time you consider an activity or project, ask yourself, Can I use this 3 different ways? If the answer is yes, then go ahead. You will be surprised at how much more time you have, when you activate this plan.
